The
Art Society Africa was founded in 2011 with the objective
of promoting the art and practice of painting in all media
to complement the Watercolour Society Africa (which was founded
in 1975).
The Societies operate their own gallery - Manor Gallery -
where regular exhibitions of WSA and ASA members' works are
held.
All artists,
from beginners to professionals, are invited to join either
one or both of these societies. Membership benefits include

All artists
join as Ordinary Members, and may enter exhibitions to earn
acceptance points towards New Signature, Associate, and Higher
